Off to work

This will be my second week as the new Manager of the Children's Museum Shop. This failing retail situation is in dire need of a conceptual face lift.

How will I do it? How do you get people to go where they normally wouldn't? The Childrens Museum is in the lower level of the Centerhouse at the Seattle Center. I believe this to be a realistic challenge. I can do it if they don't drown me in burocracy.
