New wand on it's way!!!
Why Thomas Wayne is so nice to me is a puzzle in my mind. I fellow I barely know presents me with a gift from the heart that I treasure and destroy in less than three days. Then he makes me another one. I don't feel worthy. I've always had a problem receiving gifts, I don't know why. I love to give, but I have trouble receiving. How do I repay this sort of generosity.
I have been lucky and blessed in my life to have met and befriended some of the greatest magical minds of our era. And to think It's just me . . . a hack from Cincinnati. I will treat this new wand with the respect and admiration it deserves.
Thank you Thomas for the gifts and the friendship. I look forward to your next visit to Seattle.

Tom,
We share a number of common issues - we both have had to bounce back from nasty and costly divorces - yours more recent, mine a couple of decades ago. We are both very creative individuals, though manifested in different ways; accordingly, we have much to offer others.
It seems I’ve been given a gift... the ability to design and create things. Things that other people seem to want. This gift has entirely afforded me a living almost since I first knew myself. Consequently, this gift - the ability to create - turns out to be the greatest single “thing” I've ever received.
"To those whom much is given, much will be required" is one of my favorite mantras. I apply it to myself in a sort of “pay it forward” way, and I am especially happy to have brightened your life a little with such simple offerings.
Also, though I lack my own blog to sing your praises, let us not forget the wonderful set of Cups and Balls you gave me.
With all my best wishes now and for the future, as always I remain
Very truly yours,
Thomas Wayne
