What's this thing Tom? Looks to me like a Conradi-Horster or even Willman (both from Germany) Billardbals stativ from way back.. Do you know the origin of it?? Rgs. Werner
To clarify, I mean not 'solely' a stativ, but the thingy with the halfshells looking like solid balls, to grab them supposingly and vanish them without any manipulation..
I lived in Germany for a couple of years as a child. Fantastic country and culture. MY father worked for IBM; we spent 2 years in Germany, 4 years in Paris, 3 years in Tokyo.

The very first magicbook I did read was Conradi-Horsters *Das Universum der Magie*, still have it stuffed away somewhere...
