Busy Weekend Blowing Stuff Out - Store Closing

Sunday was a day of unexpected pleasures. I picked up my
kids at 11:30AM and got to enjoy them till 6:00PM. I
brought them in to work and Buster kept them tied up
(literally with packing tape) while I worked out front.


Shawn Farquhar, and Greg Frewin stopped in and spent some
time sharing their experience and knowledge. As I get get
closer to the actual transition of having to produce as a
performer; the advice of the professional magicians that I
meet, know and respect becomes even more relevant. I have
only met these guys briefly in the past, but it has always
been my opinion that both Shawn and Greg have always had
their shit together. Watching my kids play with theirs was
neat. Meeting people who have found a way to make a good
living performing magic while finding balance with family. .

At 3:00PM we bailed. I took the kids to a festival for
food, rides, speed boat races and a car show.
