Dancing With Julie

Last week I took a dancing lesson with Julie. We went to Wil's house, his girlfriend Carie is a dance instrutor and hooked us up with some swing dancing bacic steps and a few turns. Fun stuff. We've been going to the Owl and Thistle to listen and dance to the Vinyl Advengers. Somewhere between Honky Tonk and Lounge. Lots of old standards.


She came over last night so that we could practice for an hour. I have never been a dancer before. I like it. It's a very positive flow of energy. Plus she is a doll!! She is certainly her own woman with a side helping of bizarre nut. She has a boyfriend, and I don't get the feeling that she is looking for anything romantic or intimate. That's cool, I'm just happy to get to spend some time with her. I like her.
