PCAM Debrief

Other Fav's on the PCAM 2004 Hit List included Max Howard, his wonderful performance as Prof. Gus Rich a Civil War Conjurer won the hearts and imagination of this sophisticated northwest audience. His performance, his lecture and the time time we spent together talking about the business of it all, proved an invaluable experience. Max and I go way back and it was great fun chatting about all that we have been up to over the last few years since out last meeting, enjoying cocktails, at Klosterman's famed Salon de Magie.

Max Howard is a convincing actor. His attention to detail in performing magic is not lost on me. I find his thoughts and values on the subject a fascinating study. Simply put. . . no one says it like Max. He knows how to create wonder in a classic sense. Not something you see very often. He builds mystery, tension, and drama. Talking to Max in private about his transition over the last 4 years to the world of corporate key note speaking was heavy chat. As I begin to solicit the corporate market again after years in retail, the subject at hand was of great value and interest to me. Thanks Max.
