Feel Like Slitting My Wrist

Ms. Hoblitzell,
Thank you for cleaning out my bank account, causing me to bounce checks and add to my debt. As you know, I am currently unemployed. My wife comes into $400,000.00 and I'm stuck with back child support and alimony. Explain to me how I get out of this predicament. I have been interviewing for jobs that earn considerably less than what I was making when I owned my own shop.
I would appreciate some assurance that these financial obstacles can be overcome. It's not that I don't want to pay my child support. If you look at my payment history I was meeting my obligations until my business went down the tubes. During this transition period it's all I can do to keep my head above water.
I need your help in figuring out how to fix the problem. Can we adjust the support amount? Can you stop cleaning out my bank account when I am trying to put rent money together.

Call me to discuss this please. This situation is driving me into a deep depression, that is not conducive to interviewing for jobs. Call me today if possible thanks. 206 335-1545

Sincerely,

Tom Frank

Tom, Philemon here...

I'm sorry to hear about your financial situation.

The solution is, of course, to operate on a cash-only basis as much as possible.

Don't deposit any cash in your account, and just cash any checks received.

Try to pay your bills in cash (getting a receipt, of course), and use money orders for everything else.

In the meantime, I'm going to give you all the Fenix gigs for the time being until you get your head above water again. It is my gift for you as a payment for all the kindness and help you have shown me.

Tom - it scares me when you talk about suicide. Not sure if it was a passing thing or what, but thats some serious shit. Please call one of your many friends if you need help. Your kids need you. You are not allowed to give up.

lots of love,

Brett
