She did something nice?

Stranger things have happened, I guess. Got a call from Moira telling me that Max's class was celebrating his birthday. She was bringing cupcakes. She asked me if I wanted to come. I said, "Sure!" It was great to share that with Max. Also took Liam to the boys bathroom. Not being that hip to what he knows I asked him if he wanted to use the urinal or a stall. Now, he is 3 years old and barely talks. He indicates that the little elementary school urinal will be fine. We pull down his pants, and his pull up (diaper) down. I tell him to go at it, so he turns around and starts to sit on it. Oy. I calmly explained that we don't sit on the urinals and that we use the stalls for that. He took a nice leak and we left.





So why the call from Moira? Was she being nice or did she just want to use the opportunity to tell me that she had got restraining order on a guy she knew. She wanted me to have a copy and know because he is not to approach her or the kids EVER. She said that he had spent 6 days in jail and had threatened her. I met this guy a few times. I told her that I hoped she knew that if she ever needed help quickly, to call me and I would be there. What a sap I am.
