A new life starts, grounded in happiness, love and prosperity!

I feel strangely calm this morning. Fixed the kids breakfast and I'll chill a bit before getting in the shower and going to work for a 10 hour shift. I don't mind. . . really I don't. I am not so thrilled about missing the time with the family, but hey, another 10 hours to study, practice and refine my craft. I can think of worse things.

Working at the magic shop has given me the opportunity to really study what I do. I must say that my greatest accomplishment has been the ability to continue to demonstrate the few best selling tricks and make it seem as though it is the first time I have ever seen it. I try and get into it every time. I never lower the visual impact of the effect by not being amazed by it myself! I am amazed by these tricks all day every day. The day that I cease to be amazed and amused by these tricks, will be the day that I stop. . . or just pick new tricks to occupy the best seller slot.

Life is magic. Winter disappears, and spring flowers appear in Easter chick pans. The opportunity to make the world a better place with our magic is placed squarely in front of our faces every day. I want to make the world a better place. As my grandfather used to say to me, "It doesn't cost a penny to make someone smile". So I will go out there to day and make as many people smile as I can. It might me an attendant at the gas station. or a waitress at lunch, or a customer in the magic shop. We are all so lucky and blessed.

God I love my life -
